Earlier, the Indian media reported the return of the BCCI, stating that the reason for the decision was that since the Asian Cricket Council is currently under the leadership of Pakistan’s Home Minister, who is also the head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Indian team will not participate in the council held.

BCCI sources told The Newspaper Indian Express that ‘Indian team cannot play in a tournament which is conducted by ACC and presided over by a Pakistani minister.
‘This is the spirit of the nation. We have verbally informed the ACC about their return from the upcoming female emerging teams Asia Cup and have also been suspended in their other programs in future. We are constantly in touch with the Government of India. ,
According to The Indian Express, the BCCI status marked the question of men’s Asia Cup in India in September. The tournament includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka, but now the incident is likely to be backup in the present.
