Cassandra Dutra, a former bartender at the OWL bar, told CBS News that she remembers that Brown would say that the things she thought was strange, as if he thought the CIA came for him. Kristian Kelley, the daughter of one of the victims, told CBS News that she knew who was Brown, but her mother “had never mentioned it”.
