Lord Kurban Hussain said that 9 million Indian soldiers and paramilitary personnel have been deployed in Kashmir occupied, which has complete immunity under the Armed Forces (Special forces) Act. According to reports from Amnesty and other international organizations, one million Kashmir has died so far due to Indian atrocities, while thousands are injured and missing, and thousands of Kashmir are imprisoned in India and have been captured by Kashmir, on which global human rights organizations are in serious concern.

India unilaterally suspended the Indus Treaty and attacked its boundaries in serious violations of Pakistan’s sovereignty, causing a ceasefire on May 10, 2025 by the mediation of President Trump.
India has pushed the region under stress by announcing the restoration of the Indus Treaty Treaty, and the conflict has further increased the tension between the two nuclear powers. He said that using India as a weapon is a very dangerous step, and the UK should play a positive role in the restoration of the Indus Treaty.
