Red Bill Team Principal Laurent Maxz says Christian Horner cannot be given a similar place with Sir Alex Ferguson in Manchester United.
Horner was surprised after the Red Bill’s in charge of more than 20 years as the team often launched a new era without the boss and a clear -speaking team, which directed them to the title of eight drivers and six constructors.
Ferguson is considered one of the largest football managers of the time and turns Manchester United from the mid -table team to serial winners.
Asked Sky Sports F1 If the Red Bills is like losing to Manchester United Ferguson without Horner, Maxiz said: “No one can replace the head Alex and no one can replace a Christian.
“We are all different. I think the most important thing is that this group is incredible.
“What we want to do is to understand this group as much as anyone can do, and create the next small or large competitive advantage that we will need to add if we want to come back to fight for winning and championship.”

Maxiz, who was the team’s principal in the racing bills, says Horner was asked to replace Horner before announcing the removal of a 51 -year -old boy.
The French citizen received a call from Red Bill Managing Director Oliver Mintzlaf and Advisor Helmut Marco when he was in a racing at the Bills’ UK factory.
“It was out of blue for me at that time. I had to think [about] This for a few hours, “he said.

He joined the FIA as a safety director in 2014, played a key role in the introduction of Hallow, and in 2017, the Deputy Race Director, then returned to the Red Bill Family in 2018 before returning to the Red Bill Family at the beginning of 2024 as a team principal in the racing bills.
Maxiz says Horner has been “extremely supportive” with him in the past two years and has sent a message in the past two weeks.
“He has been nothing but auxiliary in the most difficult context for him,” he said.
“He was the first to text, the first person to call [after the news]. Even this morning we sent a message to each other again.
“Is there any way, one can do the same with a Christian? No, or at least, certainly not me. But we will rely on the incredible powers in this team.”

“It has an engineering background, which has the choice of MacLauren, Williams and Haas recently moved towards it and the Red Bill has also gone under Maxis in that direction.”
