Karachi:

Governor Sindh Kamran Tesri has said that efforts are underway to solve the problems faced by Iraqi pilgrims for Wednesday, it is expected that the issues will be resolved by this afternoon.

Speaking to the media in Karachi, Governor Sindh said that Home Minister Mohsin Naqvi has made it clear that the country is currently facing security concerns, in which some steps are indispensable.

He said that the MWM leadership has postponed the departure from the road at my request, while the Karachi convoy has also been postponed.

Governor Sindh Kamran Tesari said that a telephone discussion was discussed by Minister of State for Home Affairs, Senator Talal Chaudhary that discussed the problems of pilgrims and their solutions.

He said that he admits that it is the responsibility of the state to provide security and the government is using all its efforts in this regard.

He said that another meeting with the leadership of pilgrims is expected to be held this afternoon, in which the decisions made will be fully applicable.

Governor Sindh said that visitors are made aware of the problems and every effort is being done without delay and safely leaving their holy journey.
