Karachi; A laborer was killed when a landslide fell during work in Model Colony

One worker died and another was injured when a landslide fell in excavation near the model Morad area of Model Colony.

According to the police, the police and volunteers reached the spot as soon as they informed the incident and the bodies and the injured were transferred to Jinnah Hospital.

Rescue officials said that the deceased was identified as Bashir Ahmed of 40 years and medical assistance is being provided to 35 -year Vasim.

The SHO Model Colony Award Elahi said that the lines were being changed before the construction of the road and the workers were working deeply in the dug that the soil suddenly fell on them.

He said that the police is getting more information in this regard.
