A two -bench bench headed by Chief Justice Sarafraj Dogar, the High Court of Islamabad, listened to the petition against the auction of Bahriya Town Properties on Monday, August 4.
Bahria Town lawyer Farooq H. Naik took a stand in the court that ‘Bahria Town is not an accused of an advertisement, then how can the properties be connected? Nab could not take action against Bahria Town. ,
On the other hand, Nab took the stand that ‘Bahria city granted bail, when the accused is an advertisement, action will be taken against bail’.

Farooq H. Naik appeared in court from Bahria Town on Monday and took a stand that ‘Zen Malik had suffered Nab from Nab. Bahria Town Properties were placed as a guarantee of Zen Malik. Zen Malik requested to cancel the plate bargaining, which is still pending. ,
