Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News-26th July 2025), in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad Administration and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), is preparing to persuade Mark-E-Hak and Pakistan’s independence day.
In the high level meeting Chairman CDA and Chief Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Ali Randhwa, officials reviewed the city’s arrangement to mark Mohsin Naqvi. The CDA, Director Generals and senior officials of the board members were in presence.
The meeting finalized the plans for the beautification campaign of a compressed city, with the wave of the national flag at all government buildings, the constitution Avenue, Club Road Srinagar Highway, and Jinnah Avenue, illuminating, and the key to decorating are with digital streammers and LED lights.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Randhawa said, “We are preparing to celebrate Mark-e-Haq and Independence Day in a dignified and pace that reflects our national value. Brave armed forces and a nation show unity.”
A wide range of special activities of public programs for school children will be held, such as debate, painting competition and tableau.
All 279 parks in the capital will be decorated with lights, which will be restored to football, cricket and paddle courts and opened for public use. Public transport buses, Mark-e-Haq and Independence Day branding will also be taken along with electric buses.
Randhawa emphasized that efforts are also underway to improve the overall environment of the city by maintaining clean -south, maintaining parks, repairing children’s swings and managing traffic flows to ensure a smooth and attractive experience for the residents.
For safety during the celebration, CDA, in coordination with Islamabad Police, will affect strict security measures. These include installation of posts at the entry and exit points of the city, CCTV monitoring at sensitive places and deployment of special security teams.
“Mark-e-Haq is not just a tribute to our armed forces-as is the beginning of a new era for our nation,” said Randhwa. “It symbolizes unity and flexibility, reminding us that Pakistanis are always designed to shoulder to shoulder with their defense against any threat.”
Famous celebrities are expected to attract public participation and show the collective export of national solidarity in view of recent challenges.
