Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th July 2025) Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 513,000 cusecs of water from varial rim states with 557,300 customs flows.
For data released by IRSA, the water level in the Indus River in Tarbela Dam was 1530.00 feet, which was 128.00 feet excessive compared to the dead level of 1402.00 feet. The dam was recorded in the dam as 351,800 cusecs and 351,400 cusecs in the dam.
The water led by water in the Jhelum River in Mangla Dam was 1194.90 feet, which was 144.90 feet high compared to a dead level of 1,050 feet.
Water flow and outflow were recorded with 51,300 cusecs and 7,400 cusecs.
The release of water in Kalabagh, Tunasa, Guddu and Sukkur was recorded as 404,800, 353,600, 316,800 and 203,100 cusecs. Similarly, a total of 46,100 cusecs issued in Novashera and 84,000 cusecs released from Chenab River in Marala.
