Jakarta: Indonesia has announced that it will activate a medical center on its uninhabited island, “Galang” to treat 2,000 injured citizens in Gaza.

According to the Indonesian President’s spokesman Hassan Nasibi, the process will be for the treatment of temporary migration of their families, and is not a migration or permanent migration.

Hasan Nasibi says the injured will be returned again after treatment. The medical center was actually designed for COD-19 patients in 2020, while in the past it has also been a camp of refugees affected by the Vietnam War under the United Nations.

Indonesia, a Muslim -mentor country, provided humanitarian aid to Gaza even after the Israeli attacks in 2023. So far, more than 60,000 Palestinians have been martyred in attacks.

The plan has come to light when the Indonesian President was criticized in the past that he was contacting the status of US President Donald Trump by offering temporary refuge of Palestinians, proposed to expel Palestinians from Gaza. Indonesia clearly rejected the proposal and re -confirmation support for the establishment of the Palestinian state.
