In the northern Indian state of Bihar, a minor child allegedly cut the cobra snake with teeth when he wrapped in his hands.
According to local sources, only one -year -old boy named Govinda was playing in his house in a small town in Batia near India and Nepal when he cut the cobra snake with teeth.
The child’s grandmother told the local news agency: ‘When we saw the snake in the child’s hand, everyone ran towards him, but in the meantime the child cut the snake and killed him.’
After the snake was cut, the child fainted and was taken to a nearby health care center for preliminary treatment, after which he was transferred to the official Medical College Hospital in the city.

Hospital Superintendent Dukant Mishra told the newspaper Indian Express: ‘Baby Govinda Kumar was sent to the Primary Health Center yesterday, where his family took him when he fainted immediately after chewing a living snake.’
The alleged poisoning effect was minor and the child was only unconscious. Poison did not prove fatal.
Government Hospital Dr. Surabh Kumar told the Times of India that timely treatment saved Govinda’s life. The child’s condition is still correct and the treatment is under the supervision of doctors. The medical team is continuously giving medicines and the child is under supervision. ,
According to local media, Govinda has been monitored in GMCH Batia and if the symptoms of poison appear, treatment will begin immediately.
