The Mumbai Police opposed the bail of the accused in the Saif Ali Khan attack case.
According to Indian media reports, the Mumbai Police has told the court that the Bangladeshi citizen Sharif -L -Slam, who was arrested in the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, is a concrete evidence against the accused opposing the bail request.
According to police, the forensic report proves that a piece of knife was drawn near the actor’s spinal cord, another piece found in the scene, and the weapons recovered from the accused are part of the same knife.
It is believed that the incident took place on 16 January in a flat in Bandra, where the accused allegedly entered the robbery with the intention of robbery and expelled Saif Ali Khan with a knife. The 54 -year actor was rushed to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he was undergoing emergency surgery.
The police took a stand that the accused was illegally located in India and if he was granted bail, he could survive. The accused has claimed through his lawyer that he is innocent, there is no criminal record, and the investigation is completed.
