Presiding over the debate of a quarterly United Nations Security Council, Deputy Minister Ishaq Dar addressed the Middle East situation and Palestinian issue.
The subject of this debate was the situation of the Middle East, including the Palestinian issue, in which Ishaq Dar strongly condemned the atrocities against the Palestinian people.
In his address, Ishaq Dar said that the establishment of Israeli hospitals, schools, United Nations and targeting refugee camps is a deliberate plan to deliberately punish the Palestinians.
He said that these measures were also against several proposals of the United Nations Security Council and the General Assembly.
The Deputy Prime Minister said the Palestinian issue as an examination of the United Nations’s credibility and impact, saying that if the issue was not resolved, the credibility of the United Nations could cause irreparable damage.

Ishaq Dar asked the international community to ensure immediate access to ceasefire and humanitarian aid to reduce the Palestinian people.
He also emphasized the need to solve the problems of Syria, Lebanon and Iran for durable and widespread peace in the Middle East.
In his address, Ishaq Dar said that it was time for Palestinians to give justice, freedom, dignity and the rights of their sovereign state.
In this regard, a message was also issued by the Foreign Office on X, stating that the debate under the leadership of Pakistan has been upgraded to the ministerial level.
During this address, Ishaq Dar called the United Nations Security Council to take practical steps to protect the rights of the Palestinian people and increase the joint efforts of the international community to resolve the issue.
