Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – July 28, 2025) A business delegation of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) has left for Bangladesh to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation, led by his press Nasir Mansoor Qureshi.
The delegation includes ICCI vice -president Mahmood Chaudhary and leading business leaders and representatives of various sectors of the Pakistan economy, stated in a press release.
The primary objective of the yatra is to increase economic relations, detect emerging commercial opportunities and promote mutually beneficial cooperation with major stakeholders in Bangladesh.
As part of the official journey program, the delegation will visit the Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka on Tuesday, where the High Commissioner will provide intensive briefing for the current business atmosphere, trade capacity and cooperation between the two countries.
The ICCI delegation has also been scheduled to hold business-to-business (B2B) meetings with Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
These meetings are expected to exploit the possibilities for joint enterprises and partnership in diverse fields, which facilitates mutual girls and long -term COOs.
Speaking before the visit, ICCI President Mansoor Qureshi took a “important milestone” initiative in the construction of strong trade and economic linkage Betveyen Pakistan and Bangladesh. “We are confident that this engagement will provide valuable insight into the Bangladeshi market and serve as a excellent platform to make networking, knowledge sharing and strategic partnership,” he said.
Vice President Mahmud Chaudhary increased hearty gratitude for the Bangladeshi High Commission in Islamabad, which for his strong support and cooperation in making this important unqualified facilitated. He said that ICCI is committed to finding regional trade, promoting economic diplomacy and searching for new boundaries of trade cooperation for maximum profit of Pakistan trade community.
