Pakistan’s emerging actor Ahmed Hasan recently revealed while participating in a TV show, which has triggered a wave of laughter, surprise and debate on social media.
The actor spoke on the private TV entertainment show “Gap Shop Night”: “It’s my routine that I press my wife’s feet before going to bed. It gives rest, and blesses me.”
Ahmed Hasan and Noshin Ahmed Hasan are the leading actors of the Pakistani drama industry who have been living a happy marital life for the last 12 years. Both met on the set of a play and then the relationship turned into love.
During the show, Ahmed Hasan expressed obedience to his wife and revealed that he presses his wife’s feet every night before going to bed at night. He said, “I am an obedient husband” and also asked my wife to testify.
Noshin replied in a cheerful way, “Obviously they will do so, finally they are my husband!”
However, this has led to a serious response to male consumers on social media. Some consumers criticized Ahmed Hasan and said, “What was the need to share such personal issues on TV?” While another user wrote, “It is a good thing to support the wife, but pressing your feet is more than a limit.”
On the other hand, female consumers praised the couple’s relationship and said that this is the real expression of love. Some have written that “I wish all the husbands would be like this”.
