Pakistan Chief Justice Justice Yahya Afridi has said that I assure that every loyalist will stand with the judicial officer, it takes time for institutional changes, while Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that it works in more courts of Pakistan, which is to be respected, and we should know about it.
Addressing a conference on the welfare of the subordinate judiciary at the Federal Judicial Academy, Chief Justice Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi said that judges are expected, neutral and principles are composed, but the judges in the bench are also human.
He said that judicial welfare is human, the Judge of the District Judge is a very valuable part of the judicial system, a policy is being introduced for the welfare of the judiciary.
The Chief Justice said that Justice Shahid Wahid provided great support to determine the agenda of the National Judicial Policy -Committee meeting and I am sure that common desires are always based on common desires.
He said that the meeting will be held again with the High Courts on August 18, to set up courts in the morning and evening, the model criminal courts will listen to the tests of the old criminal sessions courts, the meeting will be held on August 18 with the High Courts to set a time -long line to complete the hearing on cases in the subordinate judiciary.
Chief Jas said that it will also be decided to implement judicial responsibilities in the subordinate judiciary or High Court to qualified lawyers. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazar is working on adopting the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the judiciary.
Addressing the meeting, the Chief Justice said that the matter is to respond to the intervention of cases of the Supreme Court and High Courts in the Supreme Judicial Council and that every High Court will clarify how to face the intervention in the cases of the subordinate judiciary.
He said that the Chief Justice of all High Courts has been invited. The academy will be members.
Chief Justice Pakistan Yahya Afridi said that the Supreme Court has signed a five -year agreement with China and the Supreme Court Turkey, 30 judicial officers of the subordinate judiciary will be sent to the Supreme Court next year for training.
He said that the Chief Justice Pakistan is ready for your welfare, the entire judiciary is with the subordinate judiciary, it takes time for institutional changes.
Earlier, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said in the address that justice could not be provided if there was pressure from judicial work or executive responsibilities or any other factor.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that as a lawyer for 18 years, most of the working courts in Pakistan are in courts, the courts from District Judiciary to the High Judiciary are the highest work.
He said that the supply of justice should be seen as respectable, our demand is from the executive and the state.
