The Storm of Seattle was one of the strongest teams of the WNBA west conference this season, currently in third place with a 15-10 file. They were consistent at home (8-5) and on the road (7-5), and went 6-4 in their last 10 games. In their last outing, Seattle dominated Chicago’s sky with a 95-57 commander victory.

It was a real team effort, with six players marking two -digit. Skylar Diggins led the charge with 21 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Dominique Malonga added a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds, while Gabby Williams collected 10 points, four rebounds and seven assists.

The mystics, on the other hand, are 11-12 on the season, with a file of 7-4 at home and a 6-4 file in their last 10 games. More recently, Washington fell from 93-86 against the sparks of Los Angeles despite 18 points, three rebounds and five assists by Brittney Skyes, and 17 points and six rebounds from Shakira Austin. It was the second consecutive Washington defeat.
