Al fresco salads and grilled healthy BBQ Veg are ideal for meals and dinners, but also with a nutrient-bottled stir? Eating with the seasons not only general health, it gives a very bright, thanks to the rich nutrients found in summer products. You will find many plenty of fruits and vegetables that are beneficial for skin and health in my book.

Ingredients and their benefits

Avocado: Loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids, the avocado helps protect the skin from wet, smooth and affected damage. Antioxidants also hide against the cell damage and reduce inflammation, turning the real skin supermus.

Banana: Rich potassium, vitamins C, B6 and A, support the elasticity of the skin, hydration and repair. Their high-fiber content helps to flip toxins, which can improve your complexion.

Cucumber: With 95% water content, the cucumber is a hydration hero. It is packed with antioxidants and silica, a mineral that supports collagen production that helps maintain a skin and young man.

Spinach: Spinach vitamins help help collagen production and use protein to produce new skin tissues.

Strawberries: Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber and folly, which helps cell regeneration and help prevent collagen breakdowns, help the skin keep look fresh and rugged.

A great smoothie is not just to taste, it’s about balance. To obtain a nutritious mix of skin, there are important elements of a healthy stir. Combine at least three seasonal fruits for vitamins and antioxidant spectrum, add a healthy fat avocado or a tablespoon of creamy butter and absorb fatty fats that are soluble fats. For the liquid base, use plant milk or coconut water for hydration and flavor boost (unnoved almond milk is excellent). Fruits like bananas, figs and strawberries are not only adding sweetness, exacerbating fibers, digestion and detoxification. Eventually, you might want to think about adding protein dust, solve the skin and help your day fuel.

½ avocado
1 banana
½ Cucumber (with skin)
5 Strawberries (Hulled)
200ml coconut water or almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 TSP walnut butter
1 collagen dust or plant protein

Method:

  • Until all the ingredients are mixed.
  • Throw in a glass, decorate with a strawberry, and enjoy the summer flavor and the glow that comes with it.
