There is really no better time to embrace a happy hour at home than summer. When thought to turn on the oven, you break a sweat, it is time to enjoy the careless vibes of the season. Why not host an impromptu Happy Hour with friends? Due to lack of cooking, you can focus on the beautiful appetizer with a beautiful-in-season yield and add fresh no-time cocktails. So let’s slip into our Breezi fog and linen outfits and dive into this simple summer sori. These are very good suggestions for hosting an easy, but memorable hour at home.

How to host a happy hour at home: elevate snacks
When it comes to this easy-old summer entertaining, you want food that becomes simple and doubles when both are completely. My favorite way to make it? Snacks for dinner. (When you can indulge in delicious spread of the appetizer, a main course is required?) Grazing on some high snacks is not only delicious – but it is also more fun.
I killed these three no-kuk appetizers in less than an hour, and I feel that they will become your Go-Two snacks throughout the season.

Bitter greens, citrus, and printutto salad
This vibrant salad combines radicchio with juicy oranges and thin chopped prosciutto. Greens couple’s bitterness is completely with sweet and taste of citrus. A spraying of salty pistachios and the thick peeling of Parmeson gives Italian summer vibes. The final presentation is a feast for the senses that no one will ever guess that it is one of the simplest summer salads.

For tip: Here is told how to get those grand slices of citrus without peeling or pith:
- Take a sharp knife and cut both ends of the fruit, construct flat surfaces.
- Place the fruit straight on one of the flat ends.
- Starting from the top, after the natural curve of the fruit, carefully cut downwards, to remove the peel and pith into the squares. Repeat this process around the fruit until all the peels are removed.
- Once the peel is removed, you should look at the colored segments of the fruit.
- Fold the fruit towards it, then use a dental knife to cut the thin round slices that can then be used for layering in salads, desserts, or is ready for snacking.

Rickota and Plum Bruceta
This is one of the most beautiful toasts in the list of my performances. Just a handful of material comes together to create a stunning, delicious tortured that doubles as a delicious vegetarian main course. Here is how to make it.
In a bowl, toss green onion, plum, salt, pepper and olive oil together. Spread creamy rikota cheese on toasted bageta or citrus slices. Then a spray of top and chopped mint leaves with plum salsa. The combination of creamy and sweet bites the perfect for summer!
For tip: Plums are one of the fruits that are particularly good when they are fully ripened. When you are shopping for grocery, how to identify a ripe plum here:
- Colour. Depending on the variety, ripe plums must have rich, dark colors – whether it is red, purple or yellow. If the stem still has very green, it is possible.
- Texture. A ripe plum should be given slightly under gentle pressure – similar to a ripe avocado. If it is very difficult, it is not ready yet. If it is very soft or emotional, it is an overcript!
- Fragrance. A ripe plum will have a sweet, aromatic aroma near the stem. If you cannot smell too much, it may require a day or two.

Crudité and hummus with food flowers
I know, I know: Hammus with Vezi Stick is as basic as it gets. But this recipe proves: this is All In presentation! To make this hummus plaater party-worthy, I started with a beautiful serving plaater, and made a dramatic Quarrelsome Hammus with half a plate.
Then, I topped it with a lively performance of colored crudeit, such as carrot rods, cucumber slices, radishes and fennel. For a final summer touch, I pop in some edible flowers (these are chiv blossom, but you can also use nastartium or fans). The freshness of the joint vegetables with creamy hummus makes a delightful contrast to the texture and taste.
For tip: An unexpected way to level your crudités is to use a mixture of raw and roasted vegies. Here, I used a mixture of raw cucumbers, marinated olives, roasted radish, carrots and fennel, which looked a tasty.
