Bollywood’s famous filmmaker and director Kiran Johar, highlighting a sensitive chapter in his personal life, admitted that he faced serious criticism and social pressure due to his female slopes and various lives.
In an interview on J. Shetty’s YouTube channel, Kiran Johar described the bitter memories of his childhood and adolescence and said that he always tried to mix and be a part of his older children, but he never joined his world anytime.
According to Kiran, his shield, running style, speech and hobbies were all different from others, and this difference often caused humor and humor for him. He wanted to participate in sports like football and cricket, but could never join a team because people felt that they were “not like boys” or they lacked maliciousness. These phrases will break them from inside.
He also revealed that his greatest desire for his youth was to be accepted, he should be considered part of a group or team. But there was no one who would tell them that they did not need to be like others, but they were acceptable and valuable with their personality.
Kiran recalled an incident, saying that at the age of twelve, he was so upset due to his constant child in school that he wanted to leave school. His mother handled, explained and encouraged him to face the situation. As a result, he did not change school, but boldly turned into the same school.
Today, the same Kiran Johar, who was once lost in search of acceptance, has become a big name in the Indian film industry. He is not only the founder of Dharma Productions, but also the producer of many successful films. In recent times, he is in the news as the producer of the film Dhadak 2, in which Sadhant Chaturvedi and Tripathi Dumri have played the lead roles. The film directed by Shazia Iqbal will be released on August 1, 2025.
