Abu Dhabi, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM -28th July 2025) Modan Holding has specialized exceptional results for the first half of 2025, with H1 2024 to 4.2 -fold than AD 2.1 billion more than AAD 502 million.
Strong performance was operated by concrete results in the four core business segment, successful integration of recent acquisitions and efficient orders of strategic investments.
The growth of Modon was led by its real estate segment, which was accompanied by strong recurring revenue supported by exceptional performance in events, catering and tourism along with operating improvement in asset management and hospitality.
The group has been maintained positive speed in the second half of the year. In July, complete sales of residential plots in the Vadem project generated AED5.5 billion in sales, giving the H1 2025 sales a total of 2024.
Modon recorded AED6.5 billion in revenue for the first half of 2025, year-on-on-revolving by strong revenue recognition from development projects. This growth was fuel by the sale of record real estate from new launch and existing inventory, rising recurring income, and positive impact of recent acquisitions.
Group Ebitda AED2.9 billion increased, which represents 4.0x growth year-yar (except non-recurrent ESEM), increases revenue growth.
Group’s revenue backlog reached AED33 billion in all commercial sectors, which was the sale of real estate AED10 billion. All units launched in two major development projects were sold on a single day, outlining the strong market.
Modon continued to expand its global footprint through strategic investment in the United Kingdom and North American, extending its operation to 13 counties.
