Return as the chairman of the founder board of Grassscale
Established by Barry Silbert in 2013, the longest -lasting crypto investment companies in the industry are one of the world’s longest. It launched the public -traded bitcoin investment vehicle in the US through Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), which started trading publicly on OTC markets in 2015.

While Grassscale launched the first bitcoin investment vehicle in the US, now it faced strict competition in the market.
“When I founded Grassscale in 2013, we saw a big opportunity to advance a new model to reach and invest in digital assets, Silbert said. Today, I continue to conceive deeply in the company’s long -term position and further guidance team.”
Currently, Grassscale’s spot bitcoin ETF (GBTC) brings any other bitcoin ETF into higher revenue, earning $ 268.5 million annual, thanks to a large scale of 1.5% fee, which is six -fold more than contestants such as Blacrock’s IBIT or Fidelity’s FBTC.
While its market share has fallen by about 5% of the US Spot bitcoin ETF market, high fee means that it still carries forward the revenue of the rivers, even in outward outflows than $ 21 billion.

With the experience in Marcus Hughes, Morgan Stanley and Coinbase, the global head of regulatory strategy was named.
Galaxy Digital has also exploited traditional finance talent to support its institutional expansion. In the end of 2024, it has hired former Chief Finnish Officer and East-JP Morgan Executive, Tony Paquet as its Chief Financer Officer in the hedge Fact 72.
The firm also obtained the UK derivative trading license in early 2025 and presented his London, combining his strategy to serve global institutional customers.
