Ever since this world came into existence, human history has seen many casualties. The earthquake has seen havoc and many deaths. Countries and external attacks have eradicated countries and countries. In the first and World War II, millions, not millions, millions of people have seen piles of dead bodies. Human life has been seen in censorship, storms and outbreaks. The endless range of famine, hunger and death has been observed. Countries are divided and nations have been seen, faced by the incidence of bloodshed. The story of Genghis Khan, Halaku and Hitler has been seen as money on the page, but currently, the position in Gaza is far more tragic and terrible than all these comments.
Prior to the current Gaza position, we briefly want to mention the human manifesto, which was approved by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948 after World War II, this universal expression of human rights is a United Nations certified document and a resolution on 10 December 1948. This proposal was translated into around 375 languages worldwide. For the first time around the world, all human rights are agreed worldwide, which is the fundamental right of every human being and should be provided to every human being without discrimination. The resolution includes a total of 30 sections, in which we want to present only a few sections related to the subject on this occasion, as follows:
Section (1): All are born independent and equal in the context of human rights and respect, they have discretion and intelligence, so they should behave each other as brotherhood.
Section (2): Every person is entitled to all the freedom and rights that are described in this declaration and will not have any effect on breed, color, gender, language, religion and political discrimination or any kind of faith, nation, society, wealth or family status.
In addition, the region or country from which he belongs to a person will not be discriminated against on the basis of political status, jurisdiction or international status, whether it is independent or a region or a non -masculine or unchanged or bound to be closed in terms of political power.
Section (3): Every person has the right to living, freedom and personal security.
Section (5): A person will not be physically tortured or cruel, humanist or humiliated or punished.
Section (13): (1) Every person has the right to freedom to move and reside within the boundaries of the state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave the country, even if this country is its own, and hence it has the right to return to the country.
Section (1): (1) Every person has the right to the right quality of life including the health and other essential social privileges of themselves and his family, clothes, homes and treatment facilities and other essential social privileges, and unemployment, illness, disability, childbirth, old age or safety of these conditions. Now look at the position of Gaza.
In June 2007, after Hamas’s control over Palestine, Gaza’s siege began through Egypt and Israel, and Israel laid the land, air and naval siege to Gaza. Egypt also imposed strict restrictions on the Rafa crossing. This led to the lack of transportation, commercial freight, drugs, fuels and other essential commodities of Gaza. Israel says that the siege is to prevent Hamas from distribution of weapons, while human rights organizations call it a collective punishment.
As a result of this siege, Gaza began to lack drugs, food and life needs, and in life there was difficulty with this inhuman movement of Israel and Egypt.
After Hamas’s attack in October 2023, Israel announced a complete blockade, which stopped supply of water, electricity, food, drugs. The ground attack and intense air bombing continued.
Palestinians were moved from one region to another, and then aerial attacks and martyred the elderly, children, women and men. There were neither their tents left, nor in hospitals and schools. Such mountains of harassment were broken so that the refuge of God, but not the human rights organizations could not stop Israel from this atrocities, nor could the United Nations rights be done for the United Nations’ rights for the Charter’s rights. On November 21, 2024, the International Court of Court issued arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister. Member states of ICC have been ordered that if Netanyahu enters his country, he should be arrested but was not arrested. Right now, the warrant remains intact and waits for the arrest process.
There was a 60 -day ceasefire in the middle. On January 19, 2025, it was divided into three phases-first phase 42 days, then in the second phase and third phase, but after the release of the prisoners, Israel violated and the war began again. The ceasefire ended on 18 March.
Israel committed significant war crimes during this period. Target the citizens. Demonstrated their homes. Mosques, schools and hospitals bombed. Children, women and the elderly died. The entire area was deserted. Attack on refugees in tents. Close all aid routes. Israel was founded in February 2025 by the title of aid at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which was shown to the US Musaf. During the ‘aid distribution centers’ under the supervision of this customer, Palestinian citizens were shot dead, who was strongly criticized globally. The incident was known as ‘genocide flour’ in the global media. Waiting for help, what could be even more embarrassing for bullets fired in the convoy and killed them instead of flour.
Israel is today guilty of death for the people of Gaza due to hunger and absence of medicine, with the support of the United States. Hundreds of deaths are occurring daily due to hunger. Sad pictures of children’s ribs and lack of milk and diet for them are becoming viral in media. The whole humanity is helpless. The rulers of hundreds of countries have condemned the situation, but no one is useless, the common man is unable to reach these needy people.
Photos of sending flour through bottles in the Egyptian Sea are challenging the silence and helplessness of Arab rulers as a specially considered humanity. The world is not empty of the history of oppression, but it is sad that Genghis, Halaku and Hitler remember the world as a tyrannical, but the leaders responsible for destroying Gaza are very close to the acquisition of Nobel Peace Prize.
Europe is a silent spectacle on Israeli cruel acts due to its policies. French President Emanuel makers have announced the recognition of Palestine till September. See, does the situation last till September.
European Europe wants Israel to remain in the Middle East to control the Arabian rulers, and the United States is always defending Israel for its specific purposes. When Israel wants with the help of modern technology, it invades and eliminates big political leaders, whether they are Ishmael Hanya or Hassan. Now he has turned to Syria and is trying to overthrow the political settlement there. Will the countries that are silent due to a conscience, will their silence allow them to be safe? no way! Islam’s idea Hazrat Maulana Sayyadabul Hasan Ali Nadvi used to say in his speeches that a country could survive with corruption but cannot live with oppression.
