Haripur, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July 2025) as part of the agenda of Public Welfare and Good Governance of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, the officials administered in Khanpur and Haripur completed a series to meet a range of markets, transport routes, and healthcare facilities.
Assistant Commissioner Khanpur, Dr. Tazin Zafar, Pand Munem visited grocery shops and bakers in the market. Verification of the purpose of inspection presented by the official price list and the dates of the expiration of consumers. Shopkeepers were also questions about Chinese pricing and stock. He was directed to strictly avoid hoarding, sell subsidized goods and to follow the government-pricing prices.
In a separate operation, Dr. Zafar, in collaboration with the Khanpur police, caught several indidues found swimming in Haro river in violation of Section 144.
Vioolators had children who were removing water, informed about risks, and strictly warned against repeating the crime.
The Assistant Commissioner also inspired Khanpur Road as well as checking for rent and vehicle overloading. Legal action was taken against public transport rules, rebellion of the committee’s administration and reinstatement of the committee for fair practices.
Meanwhile, in Haripur, Additional Assistant Commissioner traveled to bakers, fruits and vegetable shops and various food outlets. Attention was on quality, maintaining hygiene and ensuring neglect of updated value lists.
The officer also inspected the Haripur Trauma Center, where he visited the variant hospital wards, inquired about the status of the patients, and reviewed the quality of medical services. They are examined by employees’ specialty, clarity and other administrative measures.
