Sauber driver Nico Hulkenberg received a decision on his collision with Lance Stroll from Aston Martin.
At the start of Q1 on Saturday, Hulkenberg aligned his car to go out quickly at the start of the session.
He put one of his wheels on the fast track while waiting for the car to make room.
Stroll continued forward and contacted the Sauber, causing damage to Aston Martin and prompted an FIA investigation.

The manager found that Stroll already had the grip, and Hulkenberg was at fault for the collision, although no penalty was delivered to one or the other driver for contact.
In document 49 of the Belgian Grand Prix, the FIA explained events.
“The notes of the racing director indicate that the car driven at the end of the stands of the stands before the start … of a session must train in a line in the fast lane and leave in the order where they have gone there.
“It should be noted that the car will be considered in the fast track when a tire has crossed the solid white line separating the fast track from the inner track. In this context, the” crossing “means that the whole tire should be beyond the distant side …. of the line …..
“In this case, no tire of the car 27, the above, before the start of the session, in which case, is considered a priority in the line. Consequently, the car 27 should have merge into the line when there was an” appropriate gap “and in this case, no gap existed.
“At all times, the driver of the car 27 followed the team’s instructions either by radio or signal by hand of a member of the team.
“Consequently, the car 27 violated article 34.8 and the penalty is applied to the team.
“With regard to the later collision that occurred, the two cars seemed to move, under the instructions of their team, at the same time and have inadvertently collided. We consider that no driver was entirely or mainly to blame and therefore takes no other measure in relation to the deposit of a collision.”
