Two members of the staff of an Ontario surgery center have been accused of having pretended to interfere with American immigration agents who are trying to hold landscapers who have run in the center to escape.

Jose de Jesus Ortega, a 38 -year -old Highland resident, was arrested on Friday morning and is expected to appear before the American Riverside district court, according to a Central press release from the California Central District Office of the Central District.

Managers are still looking for the other suspect, Danielle Nadine Davila, 33, from Corona. The two are accused of having attacked a federal officer and the conspiracy to prevent by force and intimidation a federal officer from paying off, the authorities said.

According to Video obtained by KTLA-TVOntario Advanced staff members Surgical Center earlier this month told two agents to leave because they did not have a mandate to go to property. Agents with immigration and customs application were trying to hold Denis Guillen-Solis of 30 years and two other landscapers who had worked outside and ran in the surgical center when the agents presented themselves.

In the video, Guillen-Solis is shown by holding the surgical center door and asking agents to present identification. The agents then fired Guillen-Solis from the door and held him.

“The illegal foreigner arrested inside the surgery center was not a patient. He ran inside for covers and these defendants tried to block his apprehension by attacking our agents,” American lawyer Bill Essayli said in a statement.

According to an affidavit, the two ICE agents carried equipment issued by the government, including vests and used vehicles not marked by the government when they carried out their operations.

The agents followed a truck with three men inside and approached them after the men left the truck in the parking lot of the surgery, according to the press release. Two of the men have fled and one of them, an alleged immigrant undocumented from Honduras, was detained near the entrance to the center of the center of surgery and tried to move away, dropping the ice officer on the ground.

A member of medical staff helped man take off and removed him from the officer, according to the press release. The man entered the surgery center and was chased by the ice agent, who finally arrested him.

The incident occurred in the midst of an extraordinary effort to apply immigration by the Trump administration in southern California. Thousands of unauthorized immigrants – Many without a criminal record – were detained at work, in the courthouses and in the public streets which exceed their day.
