Ben Stokes has been denied England’s fifth test against India, the hosts made four changes for Oval fixtures.
It is understood that Stokes has maintained tears of a grade three muscle around his right shoulder, which means that a key letter is awaiting an all -rounder for about six to seven weeks.
Spinner Liam Dawson and Peace Bowlers are missing in addition to Jofra Archer and Briden Cars.
The Stokes series is fighting a variety of fitness issues and has finally been reduced to the problem that raised his head during last week’s draw at Old Trafford.
England do not play Test cricket again this winter, which means that the 34 -year -old child may face a tough restoration period to fit the hot -expected series.
“I’m clearly disappointed,” Stokes said in his press conference on Wednesday. “
“I have found a decent tear in one of these muscles that I cannot pronounce. We took a decision until we managed to make a decision around it.
“Obviously, there are a few emotions that go into something when you know what you have done. I came here this morning to give myself every chance to play like a batsman.
“I think you need time to chat with a medical team, baz (Mac Colum), then get 20 minutes with myself to be really clear with yourself.
“It is one of the risk and reward weighed and the risk for this loss was high.
“I wouldn’t expect that I would put any player at risk of such an injury so I would start restoration now and focus on what we have come out in winter.
“Once the series was completed, I was my foot up anyway, so it doesn’t matter what was at the end of the series until the winter.”
England include Jacob Bithal, who will bat at six. Gus Attockinson and Jamie Overton came along with the enthusiasm for a new sharp attack.
With the captain’s Stokes, Oli Pope will face captaincy. Which has spin options in the route and the Bethal lineup.
In the series, Rising Star Bethal has been waiting for a lot of opportunity to get his chance, and Stokes believes that he will show his quality when he “slot” the batting order at number 6.
Stokes added, “We are still able to get an 11 -field on the field, which is going to give us a great opportunity to win the game and win the series. It is the benefit of being a very strong squad.”
“We have some good cricketers when we find ourselves in such a situation.
“So, let us have complete concentration at 11 out of there this week. We are very confident that we have the ability to win this game and the series.
“He had a lot of hype and pressure on his shoulders when he (Bethlele) had the opportunity to bat at No. 3 in New Zealand and took it well.
“I think he’s like a player that is the place where he plays all three formats, perhaps allowing him to be a bit more versatile with the sons in the order.
“He will slide in six and I have a lot of confidence in his ability, he is a standard player, I think we all know it.
“We were not going to change the batting order at all, so it is very easy to slot in six.”
Meanwhile, India’s speed spare head, Jaspat Bumra, is not expected to play in the final exam.
Bumra has already played three Tests in the series, after returning to the proceedings in April, after spending three months with a waist injury, team management burdened the bowler for more work.
