Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 29th July 2025) Pakistan’s Election Commission (ECP) on Monday clearly refused the status of three disqualified MLAs of PTI President Barrister Gohhar Ali Khan, emphasizing that their struggles have not been separated.
In his official statement, the ECP clarifies that the announcements of Senator Ijaz Chaudhary, MNA Ahmed Chatha, and Punjab Assembly opposition leader Malik Ahmed Khan Bhchanahar are in full influence. “His struggles handed over by the anti -terrorism court still stand.”
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has clarified that the case of Abdul Latif Chitrali is different from other convicted MLAs.
While Chitralli himself did not reach the Islamabad High Court, many of his co-accused in the May 9 case filed the apps.
The Islamabad High Court later overturned his convicts and ordered his release. Although Chitrali was not one of the petitioners, the ECP stated that the ruling is impressed for individuals associated with similar procedures.
Garbage, Abdul Latif Chitrali has been issued a notice to present before the Election Commission of Pakistan, to help to expand what could be about Islamabad’s co-acume in the 9 May case.
