Dubai, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 29th July, 2025) Dubai Reef, a leading objective – is showing significant progress in increasing the Dubai’s underwater water, one of the largest purpose – Butill Reef Devilopment and one of the largest in the world.
The proof-of-conversion of the initiative shows a rich sea environment from the new water from the site, with abundant fish population and habitats develops around the module referred to.
Surveys on the site indicate sufficient increase in fish population in 15 indigenous species, including snapper, group and Barakuda. Initial data suggests that a potential 10 percent increase in marine biodiversity, with eight -fold increase in fish biomass
The first pillar of the Dubai Reef, the restoration of marine habitat, will look at the construction and deployment of 20,000 modules crossing 600 km of the Emirates by 2027, which establishes ideal conditions for marine ecological. Since its launch in 2024, 39 percent of the total reef module has been coined, with 3,660 modules for criminals.
This initiative also includes two additional pillars – marine life rehabilitation and marine conservative research – contributes to the broader vision of each marine protection and stability.
A stability interactive by Dubai Can, Dubai Reef was launched as a director of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktaum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Defense with Deepoot Preim Dabai and President of Dubai Executive Council.

Teogate, they are the objectives of the shared stability of the advance Dubai and support many United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), including SDG 13 (climate action), SDG 14 (underwater life), and SDG 17-participation.
