DPM says for permanent peace architecture in South Asia

Washington, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2025) Deputy Prine’s Minister and External Affairs Minister Senator Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar Friday underlined Asia and said that the United States is as a global power and a partner has a barrier and stable role.

He was speaking at an event organized by the Atlantic Council in Washington.

Talking about the ceasefire between India and Pakistan in May 2025, he said that the US emerged as a reliable intermediary of peace and stability in South Asia.

He thanked US President Trump for the convenience of ceasefire between India and Pakistan.

“We are committed to maintaining the ceasefire against our neighbor.

He said that Pakistan’s relationship with the United States was getting permanent, widespread and developed.

“It has proved to be a Consequntal partnership whenever countries converge global issues.”

He said that he held a very productive meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and both sides agreed on our share and our shares Dipene and Boden Relations bets on Pakistan and the United States.

“Our notes are getting closer and we have already upgraded relationships in a span of six months.”

He remembered that in his joint address to the Congress, President Trump recognized Pakistan’s significant assistance in grappling global terrorism.

He said that the world was changing at a rapid pace and the old certificates were giving way to new realities.

Pakistan believed peacefully through flexibility and responsibility, insisting that connecting Pakistan was a young nation of 240 million people, the largest and the largest of nuclear power in the world.

He said, “We are looking for peace and peace are a loving nation and stability in South Asia is important for us and the world.”

Pakistan believed in the paradigm of peace through strength and dialogue to resolve issues, stating that Pakistan had taken difficult decisions to face some challenges for its economy.

“We concluded the successful IMF program in search of structural and macroeconomic reforms,” he said.

“Recent reforms in macroeconomic indicators have evidence of unexpected account restrictions, fall in inflation and rebuilding foreign exchange reserves,” they are informed.

He said that terrorism remained a challenge for Pakistan and the government was fighting back.

He said, “Democracy in Pakistan is not only working, but is also committed to human devils with membership in health, skill development and social security through the government.”
