DIY foam soap

I started making my foam manual soap early on turning into a more natural lifestyle. With fears of anti -bacterial and young soaps who are training at the output who found the need to wash their hands/arms/meter with soap a thousand times a day, you need a healthy and economical option.

Now that children have become older (and not completely messy), we are still going through a lot of hand washing! Fortunately, there is an incredibly simple and simple option that works as well. It hardly costs anything for every bottle, and it is made of clean ingredients.

Simple manual soap DIY

The recipe itself literally is so simple that at some point, my six -year -old child was responsible for re -filling homemade foam soap containers. Maintain a few simple ingredients on hand, and never have to buy hand soap or anxiety about running out. Surprisingly, this natural foaming soap makes a decent shaving cream and washing the body in the bathroom …

Before you start, you will need a hand -soap bottle. I originally requested this foam foam distributor on the Internet. You can also reuse the pump bottle of your favorite foam soap.

Why do you use foam hand soap?

For years, I became addicted to making soap, and we were always fully equipped with a different strip soap. Now that life has become more preoccupied in different ways, I rely more on natural liquid soap and foaming soap for soap. The foam pump creates a nice foam but generally uses lower soap than regular liquid soap.

This is great for young children who believe it is fun to pump the soap container over and over again! Of course, it is healthier (and cheaper!) Than common versions in places like Bath and Body Works.

Ingredients used in homemade soap

The basic recipe is soap, oil and distilled water. You can keep it unreasonable or add a few drops of essential oils. This not only helps her in a nice smell but also add anti -microbial properties to treat unwanted germs, without using anti -bacterial chemicals. I use Dr. Bruner soap, which comes in an unreasonable version in addition to mint, lavender, citrus fruits and other scented versions.

I use olive oil in this recipe because it is a deep moisturizer, but jojoba, sweet almonds or any liquid holder oil will work. Just avoid using something solid like coconut oil. For an additional slide, you can also add 1/2 teaspoon of glycerin.

Since this recipe uses water and does not have a preservative, it should be used within about a week. If you do not pass it quickly, you can cut the recipe in two. In our house, this is not a problem though! The basic recipe is one soap to 12 parts of the water, so you can expand its range up or down.

Beware of essential oils

1/2 teaspoon of essential oils remains less than 1 % reduction, which is much lower than the maximum of the product that is washed. However, more irritating oils such as cinnamon, cloves, oregano and lemon should be used in a much less or avoiding. Oils that have natural antimicrobial properties but gently on the skin include lavender, orange, lemon and tea tea.

If you use SOAP that already contains basic oils, you will not need to add more.
