The dispute between his mother and his mother and other wife has intensified to control the 300 billion rupee empire of Krisha Kapoor’s former and well -known businessman Sanjay Kapoor.

Sanjay Kapoor’s second Priya Sachdev Kapoor has been added to the board, on which Sanjay’s mother Rani Kapoor has raised serious objections.
Sanjay Kapoor’s widow Sachdev Kapoor was appointed as a non -specific director at the annual general meeting (AGM) on 25 July.
On which Sanjay’s mother Rani Kapoor strongly objected and requested to postpone the meeting which was rejected.
Mother Rani Kapoor alleged that some documents were signed in closed rooms during mourning of her son’s death.
In a letter sent to the company board and shareholders, Rani Kapoor said that she was her husband, Dr. Sarinder Kapoor was the original successor of the group as per the wish.
In this letter, Sanjay’s mother also clarified that he did not give anyone the right to represent the legacy of the family.
However, the company rejected Rani Kapoor’s claims in a regulatory filing, saying that she was not a shareholder since 2019.
The statement made it clear that the AGM was held according to legal requirements and there was no legal status in his letter.
It should be remembered that Rani Kapoor had questioned not only the company but also her son’s death and appealed to the agencies concerned for transparent investigation.
It should also be remembered that according to documents, Sanjay Kapoor was the only beneficiary of the RK Family Trust, an important part of the Eurous investment.
On this basis, Sanjay’s second wife, Priya Sachdev Kapoor’s appointment in the board is legally strong until the legal challenge related to the trust is.
It can be remembered that famous businessman Sanjay Kapoor was married to Karisma Kapoor in 2003, which ended on divorce in 2016. They have two children, Sameera and Ear.
Even after the divorce, Sanjay used to come to Mumbai’s home to Mumbai to meet his children.
