It was determined in the meeting to start a coordinated “dengue awareness campaign” at the government level to educate the public about the measures of disease and prevention.
Addressing the meeting, DC Murri Aga Zaheer Abbas Shirazi said that the overall situation was under control, the responsibilities of the concerned departments have been invested.
“All government resources are being used to eliminate dengue larvae”, he said.
He emphasized focusing on specific areas in Murari, where the temperature is Simila from Rawalpindi, those places have been reserved against dengue mosquitoes.
