Captain (Retired), Deputy Commissioner of Faisalabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2025), Needam Nasir conducted an open course under “Open Door Policy” and directed the heads of the government to take necessary steps for immediate redressal of public grievances.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the district administration is the first and most important to serve his real issues and complaints.
In this regard, the Open Door Policy was advised to the Departments of the Department of the District Government for the passing resolution of their Isules, he said.
He directed all the officials to deal with very seriously to deal with public grievances and warned that such relationship wheels should not be tolerated. He described the forums of the open court as an important tool to improve governance at the district level by making the administration more accountable and accessible.
He said that the citizens trusted the administration and put forward their actual complaints and assured them that every effort would be done to resolve their program immediately and effectively.
He also heard public grievances and issues and issues for redressal orders.
