Many teams could really use the twins of Minnesota Joe Ryan, but Chicago Cubs can be at the top of the list.

Cubs have some excellent leftrs at the top of their rotation, but they lack the presence of a right -handed battlestone. This is particularly poignant because they fell behind the Brewers of Milwaukee, whose rotation is well balanced and very deep, in the division race.

The trade for Ryan, a first All-Star this season which also has two years of control after this season, would be expensive. But how much the price? Will the requested price go beyond what cubs are ready to go?

Ryan Finkelstein and Jay Staph in baseball think that the price will be just due, allowing Cubs to use their excellent agricultural system to make a sensation.

Friday, Finkelstein and Staph predicted that the Cubs would acquire Ryan, sending the Twins a three -projects package, including the receiver Moises Ballesteros, the inner field player Jefferson Rojas and the right -handers Jaxon Wiggins.

“For a team with aspirations of World Series and a deep farm to start, we turn for the stars with this one. So why not take the best Ace with control and swing a job for Joe Ryan?” asked Finkelstein and Staph. “Although no team really wants to exchange their AS until they do it absolutely, it would be the rare chance of receiving three best prospects in a single agreement. It is not an offer that they could refuse slightly.”

What is the quality of Ryan this season? Among 61 qualified starters, he ranked 12th in the era (2.63), 12th behind in the stick (132), seventh on average in the stick of the opponent (0.163) and in the fourth whip (0.90). Add the years of control, and it is difficult to imagine that the twins abandon him for any package below the above proposal.

Although it can make fans of cubs to abandon so many talents in one go, the reality is that it is time to push the fleas to the center. And as long as Ryan remains healthy, he would be able to help with two other prosecution at least.
