Cubs “ desperate ” targeting rare intra-division trade for $ 77 million howl: report

The Chicago Cubs desperately need to add to their start -up rotation, and that would be the best of cases if the Cubs could add a launcher with a little club control.

Cubs have enough talent to win matches, but if they want a good luck in October, it is crucial that they conclude another launcher leaving before the deadline for trade.

Bob Nighingale of USA TODAY recently reported that the CUBS aimed at an intra-division trade for the Pittsburgh Pirates launcher, Mitch Keller, in the coming days. Keller has several years of team control, and the Cubs would be ready to store links with the first Owen Caissie outdoor prospect to concretize the agreement.

“Cubs want to desperately want another starter on the deadline, targeting Mitch Keller of the pirates, and include Owen Caissie outdoor prospect to make it work,” wrote Nighingale.

Intra-division transactions are rare because rivals generally do not want to send talented players. But this agreement could work if the cubs were ready to separate from cashier.

Pirates are a team with a lot of pitch in their agricultural system, but talented position players are rare. Pittsburgh could replace Keller in the coming years. The addition of a transport led by Caissie would be incredible for its future.

Cubs need a team controlled by the team because they have acquired enough rentals this year. If they acquire more rentals, it could benefit the team this season, but the offseason could quickly become a disaster if all expired players separate from the cubs.

Keller was solid this year. He is one of the best team controlled launchers on the market.
