An anti-terrorism court (ATC) was absent at the next hearing in a case related to the arrest of October 4 on Wednesday.
Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd July 2025), an Anti -Astorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday absenting a case agent PTI leaders and workers at the next hearing for the arrest of October 4.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case about the case. Duing, Sardar Muhammad Marserof Khan Advocate, Zahid Bashir Dar and other lawyers appeared in the court on PTI workers.
Azam Swati filed a petition for exemption from appearance, which was issued a notice to Umar Ayub for re -summons for absence.
The court said that the case will be postponed to the untul on Thursday, the rest of the deposits should also be seen. The defense counsel said that all these workers are from Kashmir, Mardan and distant areas and they cannot compete.
They have no arrangement for overdose in Islamabad Ether. The judge said that this is the party’s schedule, they should arrange their stay.
The court postponed the hearing of the case by Thursday.
