Lahore, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News-26th July 2025) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif presided over waste-to-price projects here on Saturday.
In view of the meeting, CM was placed on a compressed scheme on compressed scheme for 1,200 model villages across the province, which was aimed at replacing rural communities through permanent infrastic and emitted public services.
Reviewing the initiative content, the CM said that each model village will be equipped with 24/7 water supply, a full sewage network and an waste management treatment plant. Sheh said that paved roads, rehabilitated roads, children’s parks and T plantations will be an integral part of every model village. “The houses will be counted, and the signboard sensory will be installed for appropriate gates and navigation,” shapesized.
The CM was provoked on a solar-pack water complement and sewage system model, which highlights the project’s commitment to permanent energy solutions. It was reported that development in 130 villages has already been completed under the pilot phase of the model village project.
He directed the officials to provide a clearing deadline for the start of the remaining work and insisted that every person’s public needs guide the priority process. Sheh said, “Every village will be fully developed under this initiative.” He said that the Punjab government is trying to increase the standard of living in rural areas through a clean, green and well -managed village environment.
