Most job interviews follow a fairly estimated pattern.
They start with an open end question like “Tell me about yourself and what you’re doing and what you are doing,” who is designed to outline an interviewer for you, it moves forward to an inquiry to determine if you have enough experience to work, and have concluded with it, “Do you have any questions for us,” where you have any questions, “where you have any questions.
If you do not know my philosophy, “You should ask the best question on any interview,” I want you to find out about the job first, before asking you to tell you about your experience so that you can find out the current thinking about the job and target your answers what they care about in your experience.
But it leaves a hole for you when they reach the part where they ask you about the questions you have. I offer many potential questions, “Any BS question you should ask on any interview,” but a new one is that I will add to the next version of it to the next version I want to give to my readers.
So when you are asked about those questions, you have the first to ask you:
(The first name of the interviewer), we are speaking about our background for some time. Is there something that you have heard that gives you reluctance to recommend you for the role that I can now be able to address? ,
This question or one preferring that you do the language so that it is comfortable for you, will give you a chance to satisfy the interviewer, if they remember something in your background, which you can speak. This never allows you to go out of an interview, who thinks about what the interviewer thinks of you and your experience, with a false impression
From there, ask how you stack with others who have interviewed. Again, it helps you give you the opportunity to talk to the elements of your experience that has been left open in the interview that will help you present a better case for a potential employer.
Sometimes, people are stunned by the objections that they hear and they do not work completely. Use your thanks to the elements of your experience that needs to be highlighted.
You see, the most thanks letters are comfortable. They say something like this:
“Thank you for taking time to meet with me on 12 January and discussing with you on the occasion of XXX status.
“I believe that my experience with A, as well as my 4 -year experience with B will also serve me well in giving you this project.
“I am eager to hear from you about the next stages in this process.
Now, instead of using this spontaneous note, modify the second paragraph so that it read:
“When we met, we briefly discussed our ability, with which I am competing for this role.
“I have not experienced my three years with such a firm like this and such firm, where I have done exactly and then you really discuss what you have done that is related to the anxiety given to you, objected to your candidature or the perceived superiority of your opponent.
To influence the employer’s thinking, send “thanks sales letters” via email as soon as possible before they become so rigid for your candidature that the note becomes purposeless.
