If your City Rewards+ Card was automatically converted to City Stretta Card on 20 July, you cannot apply for Stretta Card as you are already. But if you have a city rewards+ card near the Navar, you can apply for a Stretta Card and get a welcome bonus.
Additionally, welcome bonus is not available to applicants who have received a new account bonus for a city rewards+ account in the last 48 months or those who convert another city account on whites, earned a new account bonus in the last 48 months which was in the City Stratea or City Rewards+ Account.
