City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Omar visited Safe City Project in Faisalbad and reviewed the operation and effectiveness in urban crime survey and control
Faisalabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th July 2025) City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Omar visited the SAFE City Project in Faisalabad and reviewed the opening and effectiveness in the urban crime survey and control.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that more than 1430 CCTV cameras were installed in the real -time monastery of important public areas, markets and sensitive places from Eslabad through Faisalabad.
He inspected live monitoring procedures in Safe City Control Room and said that hotspots across the city are in constant observation to prevent criminal activity. He said that this modern monitoring system has been effectively arranged in identifying suspects and collecting necessary evidence.
He instructed the investigating officers to use footage from the cameras of the reserved city for quick identity and the arrest of the culprits and emphasized the importance of the Betrin Police and Save City Team to improve the responsibility and find out criminal contingent skills.
He highlighted the tangible benefits of the initiative and said that the city has cited safe to curb criminal activities. He said that the police is committed to strengthening communication with the city employees to increase public safety and crime prevention measures in the district.
DSP Operations Safe City and Deputy Executive Officer provided an observation of the project, while SSP’s investigation Nasir Mahmood Bajwa, SSP Operation Madam Ammarahaharji, Town SPS, Shos, Branch Head and others were also present.
