A Chuck E. Cheese mascot was arrested in Florida after a client stored him as an alleged thief, police said.

In one of the franchises of the pizza chain adapted to children in Tallahassee, Florida, was placed on Wednesday evening on accusations of theft and drawn out of the restaurant in handcuffs while the children looked, according to the police and the images of the incident that emerged on social networks.
The suspect, Jermel Jarreau Jones, 41, of Tallahassee, was dressed from head to toe in a costume of Chuck E. Cheese when the police confronted him around 7:30 p.m. local time in a chuck E. cheese in the northwest of Tallahassee, according to an arrest report from the Tallahassee police service.

“I caught his right arm while giving verbal instruction,” chuck e, come with me Chuck E “, wrote the police officer of Tallahassee, Jarrett Cruz, in the report.
Cruz allegedly alleged that the man of the mascot costume had initially resisted arrest.
“Jones immediately started to relax, locking his two arms forward in front of his chest and tried to move away from my grip on his right arm,” wrote the officer in the report. “I gave verbal orders to” stop resisting, you are detained. “
Cruz and a rescue agent would have asked the masked employee of “not making a stage”, according to the report.
The police said that they “exercised minor physical efforts placing Jones’ arms behind his back,” said the report.
Jones, still in a complete mouse costume, was placed in double locking handcuffs and escorted out of the restaurant to a marked patrol vehicle, where the police removed their Chuck E cheese head. OverdENDED and allegedly found in their pants pocket a flow card that was stolen from a customer during a child party on June 28, depending on the report.

Jones was arrested for theft crime of a debit card, possession of the identification of another person without consent and for alleging the flow card stolen six times.
Police alleged that Jones had accumulated accusations on the stolen debit card, including the purchase of items in a smoke store, a meat market and a Whataburger.
Jones could not be joined to comment. He denied having stolen the card when questioned by the police and said that the card was in his pocket because he had just found him and was about to transform him into lost and found, according to the police report.
“We are aware of an incident involving a part-time employee arrested at our location in Tallahassee on Wednesday, July 23. We took the appropriate measures concerning the employee in question. The police did not contact us on this subject; please contact the local Tallahassee police service for no questions,” said the company spokesperson Chuck E. Cheese in an ABC declaration.
The victim of the flight of the debit card would have done his own detective job to identify the culprit and helped the police set him a trap, according to the report.
The victim told the police that when she had started to notice the strange accusations on her card, he went to a meat market where the card was used and obtained security video sequences that captured the person who used it.
“She immediately recognized the suspect as an employee of Chuck E. Cheese,” said the police report.
The victim contacted the police and met them at the restaurant of Chuck E. Cheese.
An officer entered the restaurant, confirmed that Jones was there and noted that the suspect, “looked at me with big eyes and square his shoulders in a tense manner,” said the police report.
The officer briefly left the restaurant to tell the victim that Jones worked there, and the victim told the officer that she wanted to file a complaint.
Cruz and another officer returned to the restaurant and questioned an employee in Jones where there are in the company.
“I asked the employee where the gentleman was before at the Gate Post front, and if he was that of the mouse costume,” according to the report. “She shook her head from top to bottom indicating yes.”
