Shanghai, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – July 27, 2025) Chinese Premier Lee Kiang said on Saturday that the international community should have Greater Intelligence (AI), calls for a global framicwork and early formation of rules, which has a wide consensus for AI’s devil and use.
At the celebrations of the 2025 World AI Conference celebrations and a high-level meeting on the global AI regime in Shanghai, “China attaches great importance to the global AI regime, and actively promotes with a willpower to offer more cololels to multilateral and bilateral COOs.”
For Xinhua, Lee said that the Chinese government proposes to build a global AI cooperation organization.
He said that rapid progress is being made in areas such as large language models, multimodal large models and embodied AIs, which leads AI development to greater confirmation and high intelligence.

No matter how technology changes, it should remain a tool to exploit and control humans, Lee said, AI should be an international public good that benefits humanity.

He suggests more cooperation on innovation to achieve more groundbreaking results. He said that China is ready to understand the joint technical reservation along with other counties, and will be more open in sharing open-cross technology and products.
More than 1,000 officials and representing industries, universities and research institutes from China and abroad, attached the opening ceremony.
An action plan for the Global AI regime was released at the conference.
