Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced Rs 1 lakh to every family affected by rain and floods.
According to Express News, Chief Minister Punjab announced a grant of Rs 1 lakh per family in Hafizabad and Pindi Bhatti.
Senior Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb on Saturday announced by Chief Minister Punjab Nawaz Sharif on the occasion of a meeting with flood victims in Pindi Bhatti and Hafizabad.
Saira Afzal Tarar, central leader and member of Pakistan Muslim League -N, was also present on the occasion.
Talking to the victims, the Senior Provincial Minister assured that the Chief Minister Punjab would soon distribute relief checks to the victims.
The victims thanked the Chief Minister for this announcement and also raised slogans in their favor.
