Candace Owens responded to the French president Emmanuel Macron And his wife, Brigitte, fileing a defamation complaint against the conservative influencer, saying “to see in court”.
The trial focuses on the repeated affirmations of Owens that the First Lady of France is “in fact a man” and includes 22 counts, in particular defamation, false light and defamation by involvement.
Owens resumed his eponymous podcast in an episode published on Wednesday, saying: “I am fully ready to assume this battle in the whole world.”
Owens called Brigitte Macron to provide blood samples and childhood images. “I would like to come to the discovery, I think we owe it to the world,” she said.
“Go to court,” she added.

The trial submitted Wednesday at the Superior Court of Delaware, calls on several of Owens’ complaints “of bizarre, defamatory and eccentric fictions” which caused “incessant intimidation on a global scale”, which led to “enormous damage to macrons”.
In a declaration on Wednesday, the Macrons said “because Ms. Owens systematically reaffirmed these lies in response to the repeated requests of our lawyers for a retraction, we finally concluded that the referral to a court was the only avenue remaining for appeal.”
