A component man who would have launched concrete blocks in federal officers last month in Paramount was arrested on Wednesday after fled to Mexico, the authorities announced.
Elpidio Reyna, 39, was placed on the FBI’s most sought after list Following his presumed participation in an impasse against federal agents after having made a raid in a nearby home depot on June 7.

Reyna was charged with a federal criminal complaint for allegedly assaulted a federal officer on June 8. Federal agents later confirmed that Reyna fled in Mexico.
