BJP intervention in Indian institutions, attack on religious sovereignty

Attacks on BJP’s unprecedented intervention and religious sovereignty in Indian institutions have intensified.

In order to suppress the legitimate demands of Sikhs in India, the Modi government has become the backbone of the Modi government to call them ‘Khaltani’ and ‘enemies of the country’, while instead of bringing justice to the 1984 oppressed Sikhs, the BJP government is committed to save the killers.

According to NDTV, Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sarsa has contacted the Delhi High Court for the 1984 Sikh riot report. The report mentions the presence of former Chief Minister Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath on the gurudwara, while according to a petition filed in the High Court, the mob burnt two Sikhs, Jet Singh and Manmohan Singh under the leadership of Kamal Nath.

The affidavit submitted by the Center on the order of the High Court 2022 was deliberately ignored the role of Kamal Nath, which is a major question on the justice system. According to advocate HS Phulka, there is evidence of Kamal Nath’s presence in police records and newspapers, yet the trial court acquitted all the accused on the basis that they were not present at the scene.

Despite the evidence of journalist Sanjay Suri’s eyewitness and evidence in the police records, ignoring the presence of Kamal Nath indicates Modi’s leadership and a biased judicial system. The BJP government has raised questions about justice by hiding the role of Kamal Nath in the 1984 riots.

The BJP government justified arrests and media blackouts as ‘pure’, while these measures are part of a systematic strategy, which range from reorganization of gurdwara boards to the resignation of Delhi SGPC. Only by PR measures, the Modi government cannot reduce the stranger against the ruling party in the Sikh community, and reflects the minority of the minority of this government to protect those involved in the 1984 Sikh massacre.
