The crowds were to jump in the alleging stadium of Las Vegas After Beyoncé surprised thousands of fans by briefly bringing Destiny’s Child together.
Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Beyoncé on stage Saturday evening during the final show of the “Cowboy Carter” tour, their first performance together in seven years. The women went out together, dressed in gold, while singing “losing my breath”.
The trio interpreted a brief mixture which included the single Smash “Bootylicious” and one of the own songs of Beyoncé, “Energy”.
It was a rare meeting for the group, which dissolved in 2006 to continue solo careers. The last time they were on stage together was in 2018 for Beyoncé’s bill in Coachella.
Beyoncé posted a photo of women on her legendary Instagram. The comments section was filled with love for the 90s group and the relationship of women after all these years.
“That’s all,” said a comment. “A pure friendship, a brotherhood and allowing us to share this with you all is really incredible.”
Surprise performance excited the two stadium fans and those on the Internet. Some expressed disbelief on what they have just seen and others indignant that they were not there to see it for themselves.
“There are people who can say that they saw Destiny’s Child live in 2025 and I am not one of them !!!!!!!!!!!!!”, wrote an X user.
Even celebrities were enthusiastic about the surprise act. Bravo’s host Andy Cohen posted early Sunday that “the videos of the Destiny’s Child meeting are making my morning”.
Blue Ivy, the eldest girl of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, went on stage just after the release of the trio. The 13 -year -old woman danced on stage for the show of her mother All Tour.
Many have seen the symbolism in its entrance just after Destiny’s Child left the scene. Some on social networks have called the adolescent “the child of destiny”.
“The child of Destiny passing the torch to Blue Ivy,” wrote a person. “A historic moment.”
