This business combines real estate investment and hospitality. You have found it to behave like both.
And if you are planning to rent a co-genre from the beginning, it’s fine, but I still recommend managing your first property myself, even if it is just for a few months. You will learn what works, and what systems you need before handing over the keys to someone else.
