The federal minister for marine affairs, Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhary Saeed is scheduled for a major change, a memorandum (MoU) is signed after cheating on the National Shipping Corporation and China’s Shandong Zinxu Group.
Islamabad, (Urduupoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th July 2025) For Meritime Affairs, Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhary said that a memorandum between the Pakistani Shipping Sector National Shipping Corporation and the Shandong Shinsux of China is scheduled for a special change after a significant change.
The Federal Ministry expressed these views in a press release on Thursday while addressing the MoU signature ceremony between PNSC CEO and the Chairman of Shangong Shinxu Group Corporation, in a press release on Thursday.

He emphasized that cooperation would promote regional trade, increase connectivity, and strengthen Pakistan’s role in the global maritime industry through mutual cooperation and shared economic goals.
PNSC, headquarters in Karachi, is the major national flag carriers of Pakistan, working under the Ministry of Marine Affairs. Shangdong Zinxu Group Corporation, Zibo City, Shedong Province, is a major Chinese enterprise in China, which is engaged in international trade and shipping.
The minister said that this is a fragmentation of mutual trust and cooperation between the two institutions Mau Estabulis, which aims to pursue commercial benefits and to make a condenser favorable for investment in Pakistan.

The MoU has included lease of such vessels by XIINXU for the pans through various chart mechanisms including time, spots and bare boat charters.

In addition, the MoU includes provisions of provision of financing by PNSC by XIINXU for investment in ships and other floating platforms. These arrangements will be given by the party mutually competitive terms, which will ensure mutual profit and financial viability.
